“If “Free Democrats announce that they don’t represent “Heritage” fraction, they cannot stay with “Heritage”. This was announced during NA session by “Heritage” MPs Zaruhi Postanjyan, Tevan Poghosyan and the head of the fraction Ruben Hakobyan.
The had announced that there was an agreement to renounce the mandate, but by that that he (Khacahtur Qoqobelyan) left for America. In his turn Khachatur Qoqobelyan had announced that now on they will not represent “Heritage” party, but “Free Democrats”
Ruben Hakobyan also noted that they will check whether or not Alexander Arzumanyan is of the same point of view. Otherwise, he will also have to leave the fraction. “The member of the fraction must represent fraction’s interests. We will wait till A. Arzumanyan expresses his position, and then the position of the fraction will be clear.”- announced Ruben Hakobyan.
In this context he did mention that at the beginning of their coalition there were people who left the “Free Democrats” party.
