Since October 1 2012 several states including all EU states, China, Australia, Armenia and Azerbaijan have launched Russia-imported goods protection systems in their customs services. As Russian Ministry of economic development stated earlier most effective in the procedures have been the USA, EU, Ukraine and Belarus. All of the measures have been undertaken to protect domestic producers from influx of cheap Russian goods.
