Movses Hakobyan, Defense Minister of NKR, had a press conference and talked about OSCE’s attitude towards Azerbaijan’s actions.
According to him, OSCE is also concerned about Azerbaijan’s actions.
“I should note that during these days I met with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman, Ambassador ,Andrzej Kasprzyk, when they were doing monitoring in the contact line between Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to Kasprzyk, they are concerned about Azerbaijan’s policy on the conflict. He told me that they will talk to Azerbaijani side and inform them about their concerns” said Hakobyan.
We should recall that OSCE Minsk group suggested NKR to create an appropriate mechanism on the contact line and NKR accepted.
“We have accepted the offer made by OSCE but I should stress that Azerbaijani side still doesn’t want to accept it.”
