Vagharshak Harutyunyan, former RA defense minister, Lieutenant-General, head of the “National Revival” party, had an interview with “168 zham” daily and talked about Kocharyan’s role.
According to Harutyunyan, the rumors that Russia is interested in Kocharyan are groundless.
“Russia doesn’t need to be involved in our inner life. They don’t see any reason for doing it. Russia doesn’t have any problem with our current government so there is no need to get involved in our internal national affairs. To tell the truth, if we look back, Russia hasn’t done important things throughout the last 20 years.”
