President of the RA National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan participated in the opening ceremony of the 5th Russian-Armenian industrial exhibition.
Welcoming the participants of the exhibition, Na President noted that this traditional event is the platform in which mutually beneficial ties, the emergence of new ideas and practical projects create a competitive field along with partnership.
“Of course, each company, as well as each country, in our case Armenia and Russia, has different opportunities, different markets, and different partners. And combining it all together, we can achieve even greater accomplishments, and economy of each acquisition is another step in the progress and development of another stimulus, which eventually leads to expansion of economic opportunities, “said the NA president.
According to him, the changes in the economic arena of globalization are bringing new challenges that each country is trying to cope with in their own way, and each one should maintain mutually beneficial relationship with its partners.
“In the case of strategic partners, such as Armenia and Russia, they are cooperating in a much broader sense, taking into account the strong foundation of partnership and trust towards each other. Russia has been and remains a major trade partner for Armenia, “said Hovik Abrahamyan.
NA President toured the gallery, got acquainted with the booths of participants, with the various products and technologies. Over a hundred companies from Armenia and Russia participate in the exhibition.
