In answer to the inquiry of “First Armenian News and Analysis” why ARP is keeping silent about the trial on the blowing up of the balloons during party’s campaign, ARP press secretary Edward Sharmazanov said. “No party has more credentials than law enforcement agencies. Address the questions to them.” To our observation that it turns out that the atmosphere of impunity rules in ARP, Sharmazanov disagreed: “Who says that? Law violation isn’t predetermined by belonging to this or that party.”
It must be noted that those injured during the campaign were compensated from the state budget. To the other question of the media whether ARP is ready to cover the expenditure on curing, ARP speaker said almost angrily. “ARP isn’t to blame. This was an accident and it’s normal that state budget compensates.” To the parallel with March 1, the speaker commented: “Don’t falsify March 1. Was it an accident? On March 1st there was a clash.”
