Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Karen Mirzoyan received the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, who arrived there on October 23 in connection with the observation of the Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces’ contact-line.
According to the press service of the NKR Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the sides discussed the situation at the contact line, and spoke about a number of important issues of mutual interest.
