Georgian media reports that the Director General of Georgian Railway (GR), Irakli Ezugbaya, offered his resignation to the board of trustees and the request was accepted.
“In the past seven years, Georgian Railway has been transformed and formed into a successful company. It was managed by the board of directors. Accordingly I, as the CEO, take responsibility for all decisions made during this period by the board of directors”, stated Ezugbaya and thanked all GR employees and management for working together and wished them success.
