From now and on Khachatur Qoqobelyan will present “Heritage” fraction in no format. This was announced by the fraction head Ruben Hakobyan during the NA session. In answer, Kh. Qoqobelyan announced that during the session of the fraction he has offered that Zaruhi Postanjyan leads the fraction instead of R. Hakobyan.
“First Armenian News and Analysis” inquired from Khachatur Qoqobelyan about the real reason of the divorce from “Heritage” party.
“First we will still remain in “Heritage” fraction but will present “Free Democrats”. I will say that our activities are purely political, there is no personal matter. But the matters of split will be announced later.”
Qoqobelyan once more denied the fact that they had any agreement with R. Hovhannisyan on leaving the parliament together after the elections.
The leader of “Free Democrats” was asked whether they will go on supporting Raffi Hovhannisyan in coming presidential elections.
“If Raffi Hovhannisyan includes all the points of our agreements in his pre-electoral campaign, we will include this issue in the agenda of our party.
