At this moment the session of “Heritage” fraction is going on. According to the information of “First Armenian News and Analysis” Khachatur Qoqobelyan and Alexander Arzumanyan offer Zaruhi Postanjyan’s candidacy as the head of the fraction. In such case Alexander Arzumanyan will be the fraction’s secretary.
Besides Khachatur Qoqobelyan offered to dismiss Ruben Hakobyan from “Heritage”, but the question didn’t enter the agenda because the majority was against.
Khachatur Qoqobelyan will soon make an official announcement.
