According to the mandate of OSCE chairperson in-office representative, tomorrow another monitoring will take place, this time in Shahumyan-Martakert direction.
As Azerbaijani mass media reports that OSCE incumbent president’s personal representative’s field assistant Khristo Khristov and William Prayor will take part from Azerbaijani side and from Armenian party there will be OSCE incumbent president’s personal representative Andrzej Kasprzyk and his assistant Zhiri Aberle.
