“Joghovurd ” daily recalls that about a month ago Alexander Arzumanyan, NA MP, had discovered a scandalous fact concerning RA constitution.
According to him, 6 chapters of RA Code of Administrative Offences included USSR terminology, which doesn’t exist.
Even though the problem was raised and a month has passed, no changes have been made in the code.
Moreover, president of NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, Davit Harutyunyan, told “Joghovurd” that there are so many mistakes in the code that this mistake is not so important:
“There are a lot of mistakes which must be corrected and this one can be done later on.”
