As it was already predicted, judge A. Afandyan took back the accusation which was against Vahram Margaryan.
We should recall that Vahram is Gurgen Margaryan’s brother, who was murdered in 2004 , by Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov.
“Armenian Times” writes that the accusation was taken back but Margaryan will be accused for illegally keeping a weapon.
According to the daily, Margaryan will be imprisoned for maximum a year, and since it is already a year he is in the jail, he will be freed by the court..
