Press Service of Armenia’s Foreign Ministry told our News Agency that on October 17, Edward Nalbandyan, MFA of Armenia, received Eric Rubin, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State.
Welcoming the guest, Nalbandyan noted that the friendly relations between Armenia and U.S. are continuing to develop.
Expressing gratitude for a warm welcome Rubin also stressed that there is a huge progress in Armenia-US relations and added that they would do everything in order to deepen it.
As reported, during the meeting the sides talked about political and economic issues, and about the development of the cooperation in the economic field.
The source informs that during the meeting Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was also discussed and the U.S diplomat was satisfied with Armenia’s policy towards the resolution of the conflict.
