Turkish Minister for EU Affairs, Egemen Bagis, told country’s media that Ankara continues to hold reforms to join the European Union, and it has not abandoned the EU standards.
According to Bagis, Ankara’s dissatisfaction with double standards applied by the EU to Turkey does not mean abandoning plans to join the European Union.
Bagis said that Turkey is displeased with double standards that the EU applies to it, and Ankara has enough potential to be a member of the European Union, Europe.
