We should recall that Vladimir Putin, president of Russia, should have come to Armenia in September but the visit was postponed until November, but still there is a question whether he will come to Armenia or not.
Sources of “Hraparak” inform that such visits are not done easily and tried to find out from Russian Embassy whether the visit will be or not.
According to the source there is not still an official document concerning the visit.
“What concerns the thing that Armenia will get 2 billion $ in case it joins EurAsEc, we can say that the agreement has not been signed yet. We know that Armenia is ready for signing the document but if the time comes, Armenian side must visit Russia but not the vise verse”.
The statement came from the Russian Embassy.
We should recall that the 2 billion $ agreement was discussed between Serzh Sargasyan and Vladimir Putin, during the meeting which was held in Moscow.
