Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that two-day training on Factor of monitoring over the protection of strategic aids in the sea for the officers of Azerbaijani Navy started on Wednesday.
The mobile training team of NATO Navy Component Commands at Naples carries out the training.
The training will consider such issues as the structure, guidelines, operations conducted by NATO naval command in Naples, protection against attacks from the air into the sea, the role of surface and subsurface elements, communications, rules of engagement at sea, etc.
