Today “Civilitas” Foundation released information in the media, according to which the Fund hided Huntsman’s message concerning the “Civilitas” case.
“Letter, received from Huntsman on the “Civilitas” case, was published on October 1, was distributed in the National Assembly both to its members, as well as to the media representatives, to the General Prosecutor’s Office and the National Security Service. The Armenian translation of the letter is below.
“This letter on behalf of Huntsman International LLS and Polymer Materials Inc. reiterates the previous entreaty to transfer proceeds of sale shares of HUNTSMAN BUILDING PRODUCTS LLS (the total amount of which was 1,427,000 dollar) “Civilitas” fund for charitable purposes, with the help of the foundation’s board chairman Mr. Oskanian, who, we understand, on behalf of the Fund kept, and continues to keep for interim period some amount for further purposes.”
