Georgian media reports that Georgia’s foreign trade turnover comprised $7.595 billion in January-September. As Georgian Statistics Service said, it is 16 percent more than the same period of last year.
Some $1.770 billion (a 14-percent increase) of $7.595 billion accounted for exports, while $5.824 billion (a 17-percent increase) – for imports.
Negative trade balance hit $4.054 billion, which is 53 percent of total foreign trade balance.
