Representative of “Civilitas” fund, lawyer Artur Grigorian filed an appeal to the Court of Cassation, demanding to eliminate the investigator’s decision on money laundering presented by the RA NSS. This was reported by A. Grigoryan.
According to the party, the mentioned decision violated the rights of “Sivilitas”.
Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts and appellate courts have rejected the similar claims.
