Azerbaijani sources report that this week another Vice President of BP Azerbaijan will retire because of the transition to work in the Houston office.
Head of the press office of BP Azerbaijan Tamam Bayatli confirmed this information, noting that it was a planned reform. The company didn’t point out the name of the employee, reasoning that it was the vice president for drilling. He will become vice president of BP Global Well Institute.
On the website of the company Gary Christman is denoted as Vice President for Drilling. New vice president has already been appointed and will take office on November 19.
Last week another vice president on pipelines and terminals of BP Azerbaijan Kemp Copeland retired.The company specified that all the reforms in BP are carefully planned for a long time before their implementation.
