Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has received U.S Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Eric Rubin, according to the president’s official page on Facebook.
According to this source, the sides have discussed Georgian-U.S. cooperation, strategic partnership, and the results of the parliamentary elections in Georgia.
Rubin stressed that Georgia has reaffirmed its policy of strengthening democracy, testified by transferring the power to the opposition.
