Today at a press conference political scientist Hmayak Hovhannisyan expressed a view that Vartan Oskanian could become the joint candidate of the opposition with the encouragement of western powers and in this case PAP will change its geopolitical preferences.
“When the political persecution began against the former FM, one should just be a “camel” no to understand that Oskanian becomes the ideological leader of the party. At the same time one should be super naïve not to understand that the PAP leader won’t review his geopolitical preferences.”
