Police Investigation Department investigating criminal case invited the former Minister of Urban Development Vardan Vardanyan for questioning as a witness. The police press service confirmed the information. Vardan Vardanyan was questioned on the criminal proceedings of abuse cases of the reconstruction of the national library.
Recall that on September 25, 2012 a criminal case was instituted on large-scale appropriation of property, and abuse of power by commercial organization and abuse of official duties by the employee during the reconstruction of Armenia’s national library.
The criminal case was assigned to the Chief of the State Police Criminal Investigation Department.
