Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan was present at the ceremony of the delivery of 1756 new apartments in Gyumri. Construction was carried out to eliminate the results of earthquake in 1988 in Spitak.
“Mush-2” and “Ani” districts have received 640 single-bedroom apartments, 528 – double-room apartments, 464- three-bedroom apartments and 124- four- bedroom apartments.
The constructor of the state project has become “Glendale Hills” CJSC. The seismic stability of the building is 9 magnitudes.
Recall that the construction program of housing for the victims of the earthquake began in 2008 and will last until 2013. The program costs 85 billion drams.
