Turkish Zaman newspaper reports that Turkey will present a report on the incident with the Syrian plane en route from Moscow to Damask and forced to land by Turkish fighters at Ankara airport, to International Civil Aviation OrganiSation (ICAO).
As reported, Turkish air force F-16 fighter jets recently forced a Syrian Airbus A-320 which was flying from Moscow to Damask with 35 passengers on board to land at Ankara airport. Information there was military freight on board was supposed to be the reason.
Turkey gave permission for the plain’s departure, but seized the freight discovered on board.
