Reliable sources of “Armenian Times” inform that Russian president Vladimir Putin will visit Armenia either at the end of October or at the beginning of November.
As reported, Putin will come with Karen Karapetyan, former mayor of Yerevan (capital city of Armenia) and currently vice-president of Russian Gazprombank.
The source informs that Putin will come with Karapetyan to discuss the issue of Armenian PM, since Putin wants Karapetyan to be on that post.
This nomination will be accepted both from PAP and Republican parties but the changing of PM will be done only after the presidential elections.
According to the source, Putin’s visit to Turkey has been suspended. Yesterday he had a phone talk with Turkish PM Regem Tayip Erdogan and told him about it. He is expected to visit Turkey on November and after it to visit Azerbaijan.
