Ombudsman of Armenia, Karen Andreasyan, had an interview with “168 zham” daily concerning Oskanian’s case.
According to him the case had political motivations.
“When they dismissed Oskanian from his personal immunity it meant that it was a political move. Since the case is at present at the pre-examination stage, ombudsman is not allowed to involve in the case. If this is only a legal process I don’t agree with it, since I’m sure it has political motivations. As I already mentioned I can’t comment on the actions, since now I’m not allowed to do so.”
