In Kentron and Nork-Marash Court of First Instance goes on the trial of “Harsnakar” case, during which Vahe Avetyan’s assignee’s lawyer Tigran Yegoryan presented a motion to add participants work clothes to the court as a proof, as well as to perform double research of the CPU recording.
According to him, testimonies of “Harsnakar” complex show that they did not recognize the latter as “Harsnakar” employees. Yegoryane implies that the accused are Ruben Hayrapetyan’s bodyguards, and not security officers of “Harsnakar”. He demanded to get all personnel documents of “Harsnakar”.
Recall that as a result of the incident on June 17 in “Harsnaqar” restaurant of the MP Ruben Hayrapetyan, Major of Medical Service Vahe Avetyan died in the hospital on June 29. 6 people were arrested in the instituted case.
