Azerbaijani media reports that the monitoring, held under the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman on 10 October at the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops on the eastern outskirts of the city of Agdam, has completed without incident.
Note, From the Armenian side, the internationally recognized territory of Azerbaijan, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman, Jiri Aberle, and personal assistant William Pryor.
On the opposite side of the front line, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk, Field Assistant of Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman, Christo Christov and office employee Peter Key.
