Two weeks ago ANC fraction head Gagik Jhangiryan assembled a press conference in ANC central office and announced that in one-two days ANC fraction will represent a new bill to NA to organize a temporary parliamentary commission investigating the events of March 1-2 in 2008. Today it was cleared that no bill is presented to NA yet.
168.am tried to check from ANC members why the decision is not put into discussion, and whether Jhangiryan had changed his mind.
ANC fraction member Lyudmila Sargsyan reported that she has signed under the project and there can be no word of refraining from it.
Anyhow it is strange that ANC representative is not hurrying to present the project. Last week ANC joined the boycott against chief prosecutor’s mediation to include Vartan Oskanyan’s in the criminal lawsuit as an accused. In turn ANC expects PAP to vote for their project.
Gagik Jhangiryan had noted that the decision about the project will be a kind of a test to check who is for and who is against the discovery of March 1 events.
