Today October 9, David Harutyunyan, head of the Armenian delegation in PACE, had a press conference.
We should recall that on October 1-5 PACE organized a meeting and the Armenian delegation was participating in it.
According to Harutyunyan, next year Armenia will lead the PACE Committee of Ministers.
He also said that during the meeting the issue of Safarov was also mentioned.
Zaruhi Bostanjyan, member of the delegation, said that the meeting was especially dedicated to elections and according to her “buying” the votes has become more frequent in the PACE member countries.
She also stressed that the role of Azerbaijan in PACE is very high because of their oil and black caviar.
