Tigran Mukuchyan, president of Central Election Commission (CEC), had an interview with the journalists of “Armenian Times” and announced that the next Armenian presidential elections will be held on February 18, 2013. As reported, he refused to talk about the upcoming elections, saying “The day will come and we will see what will happen”.
