At this moment Vartan Oskanian is in the National Security Service. His advocate Tigran Atanesyan informed the journalists that Vartan Oskanian is invited for interrogation and an accusation is prepared against him.
Vartan Oskanian mentioned that he will continue to exercise his constitutional right and that everything that happened to him is a political process.
To the question whether arrest is anticipated, the advocate said that it is impossible because MPs may be arrested at the moment of crime and by this moment detention demands mediation by the chief prosecutor to be presented in NA, but there is no mediation on this account.
“They lifted your immunity to escalate the pressure on you during the interrogation.” Vartan Oskanyan replied: “Everything is clear to me, I have nothing to say, I have already said whatever must have been said, the questions must be directed to the other party.”- said Vartan Oskanian.
