Today during briefings at the National Assembly, deputy of “Armenian National Congress” bloc Aram Manukyan, instead of respectful treatment towards the Government, offered to sell the Government building, including its entire staff, after the building of the Foreign Ministry.
“These people have no understanding of the value system. Perhaps the next one will be the building of Matenadaran. It’s disrespectful attitude towards their own values and culture.” he said.
General Secretary of “Armenian Revolutionary Federation” Party Aghvan Vardanian clarified that not only the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was sold, but the whole complex. He also said that the company, to which the government sold the Foreign Ministry building, gave also the burnt part of the building of the Ministry of Justice, thus, later for one part of the price it will buy one part of the shares.
Today the government is trying to get money to the budget using all the possibilities.
The head of “Country of Law” faction Helena Bisharyan said that the faction does not find the sale of the Foreign Ministry building a successful transaction, but, in fact, it is not against.
Deputy of “Heritage” party Ruben Hakobyan said that he feels sorry for the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will turn into a hotel.
