Felix Khachatryan was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of NKR.
Official sources got informed from the presidential press service of NKR that on October 5 President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Felix Khachatryan Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of NKR.
