“Vartan Oskanian is the victim of the relations that are created between ARP and PAP,” – said the head of “Heritage” fraction Ruben Hakobyan. He didn’t exclude that the affair against Oskanian is targeted against PAP as well, but anyhow it is more focused on Oskanian.
“We all, sitting in NA hall, are Vartan Oskanians. There are 130 potential Vartan Osknaians in NA.”
