Today the government decided to sell the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the building of the administrative institution attached to the Yerevan City Government building No. 2 with the surface of 14,241.9 sq. km., buildings and land allocated for the state share of direct sales to sell to “Tango” CJSC .
On October 2, 2012 the property was estimated for 20 billion 692 million 320 thousand AMD.
The Tango Company is owned by a well-known businessman Eduardo Eurnekian. After renovation, the building will serve not only as a hotel, but it will be a multi-functional structure, it will become an international center of culture, will have its business centers, etc.
