Russian REGNUM reports that Ilham Aliyev, president of Azerbaijan, today, October 4, during a forum held in Baku, announced that “it is time to give the final solution to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict”.
“With the number of refugees, per a person, Azerbaijan ranks the first in the world. We must return our “occupied lands”. Armenia must withdraw its forces from “Azerbaijan’s territory”. After the resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict we can freely live in the region” said Aliyev adding “Armenia tries to keep the status-quo, but it must be changed”.
