Armen Ashotyan, Republican, RA Minister of Education and Science, had an interview with “168 zham” concerning Oskanian’s case. “I was carefully reading the statement made by Robert Kocharyan (second president of Armenia) on Oskanian’s case and I was concerned over two issues. Should there be public institutions in Armenia which can act out of law and my second concern, is Oskanyan’s career ended? I think that if a person in his life has a favorite person whom he wants to be similar, it will damage his career and the way of thinking, since he won’t think objectively,” said Ashotyan.
According to Ashotyan , Oscanian’s case wasn’t the only case in Armenia’s history and it shouldn’t be exaggerated in this way.
