RA National Security Service’s president, Gorik Hakopyan, has leaved for Russia to pay an official visit. As reported, he left for Russia yesterday, October 3, and will stay there till October 5. The source informs that he is there in order to participate at the 11h conference heads of security services.
“Zhoghovurd” (“People”) writes that from the first view there is not any extraordinary thing in Hakopyan’s visit. “He has just visited there to participate in the conferees, but, there is a big but. As we figured out, this is the first time that president of RA National Security Service participates in such conference. As you know Russia supports PAP, and if there was a problem concerning Oskanian’s case, then Russia wouldn’t receive Hakopyan warmly” writes “Zhoghovurd”.
