“Hraparak” daily interviewed Rustam Gasparyan, PAP member, over Oskanian’s case.
To the question why especially Oskanian was chased but not another member? Gasparyan responded:
“As you remember earlier PAP organized a meeting and Oskanian made there a sharp speech. I think that this was the reason. I’m not saying that our leader didn’t make a sharp speech himself, but the fact is that they couldn’t touch our leader, so they had to hit Tsarukyan’s “hands” ”.
