Azerbaijani and Turkish media reports that on October 14, Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Ankara to attend the meeting of the Turkish-Russian High Level Strategic Cooperation. The visit of Putin, who will meet with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will last for two days. Premier Erdogan on October 16 will leave for Baku to attend the Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
The source informs that Putin may visit Azerbaijan with Erdogan.
“Armenian Times” daily writes that according to its reliable sources, Putin has not included on its agenda to visit Azerbaijan and if he visits, it means he has made that decision right away.
We should recall that Putin should have arrived to Armenia on September 7, but he has not still arrived, although Russian Ambassador to Armenia, Vyacheslav Kovalyov, has said that Putin’s arrival is still on agenda.
