He stressed that the movement has a clear position on the restoration of the territorial integrity of Georgia.
Ivanishvili said he would give up the policy of Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to be a global player.
“It was a wrong policy and we intend to become a regional player, and improve relations with neighbors, including Russia. Of course we want to have strategic partners, including the United States, but we want good relations with our neighbors” he said.
Ivanishvili noted that no one from the White House and the Kremlin has called and congratulated on his election.
