“No criteria can be found to measure the damage Azerbaijan caused to Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia and itself because of the anti-Armenian and use of force policy”, RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan noted this in his interview with ArmenPress News Agency.
Kocharyan noted that “In response ot the self-determination movement of the people of Nagorno-Karabah Azerbaijan implemented mass killings and ethnic cleansing, launched a large-scale aggression against the self-determined people and caused thousands of deaths, destruction of cities and infrastructures as well the ongoing occupation of NKR territories so far.”
According to the diplomat Azerbaijan, via glorification of the murderer, refusing to draw back the snipers and investigate the incidents as well halting the fire carries the responsibility for deaths no matter their nationality.
