“Are you aware that the owners of those so-called robbed and burnt shops have received financial compensation from RA government”, today MP from Armenian National Congress Gagik Jhangiryan posed this question to journalists during his press briefing. Recall that Jhangiryan touched upon the possible creation of a new March 1 investigation commission and talked about March 1 events of 2008. “Have you heard any victim to receive a cent of compensation so far. There are victims here and abroad undergone various serious surgeries and no one has been compensated”, concluded Jhangiryan.
