Former member of March 1 Investigating Commission Andranik Kocharyan had expressed his negative viewpoint on the ANC initiative to create a new parliamentary temporary commission investigating March 1 events. Mr. Kocharyan explained that this idea is to repeat the destiny of the former commission urging the members of ANC to demand from the authorities the execution of their promises concerning March 1 events.
To the question of Aravot.am whether he is aware of the promises talked about, Gagik Jhangiryan said. “Maybe Kocharyan is more informed of the details of the negotiation”- noting that Kocharyan was quite active in affairs of the previous commission. “Why he (Kocharyan) changed dramatically one should ask from him”, noted Jhangiryan.
