RA MFA press service reported to 1in.am News and Analyses, that on September 24, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan presented a speech at World Affairs Council political center in LA, during which he talked about the foreign policy of Armenia. The minister also talked about American –Armenian relations, South Caucasus regional problems and Armenia’s efforts directed to the solution of those problems.
Nalbandyan noted that Armenia leads multi-vector foreign policy. Talking about Armenian-American relations, the minister noted that this year we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of Armenian-American cooperation.
During his speech, Nalbandyan also presented the current situation of Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution process. “Azerbaijan continues to threaten regional security by spreading hostility towards Armenians in Artsakh and also all Armenians all over the world. One of the things that also worsened was Azerbaijani step concerning Ramil Safarov. There is no international organization, no state which can accept Azerbaijani step. International community condemned the pardoning of the murderer”.
After the speech, Nalbandyan also answered many questions directed to him.
