Azerbaijani media reports that President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed an order, appointing Emin Eyyubov as Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe, replacing Arif Mammadov.
As reported, by the presidential order, Emin Eyyubov has been recalled from his post as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Belgium and Luxembourg as well as from the post of head of representation in the European Union.
