Syuniq is the most democratic state. This was stated by MP, member of ANC (Armenian National Congress) Nikol Pashinyan during the presentation on budget presentation of 2011.
“- I don’t deny”, responded deputy governor Ara Dolunts representing the work done by the resources from Syuniq.
Pashinyan inquired why the governor Suren Khachatryan himself didn’t arrive to present the report. A. Dolunts answered that delegation of Iran is in Syuniq and the governor is discussing the problems of agreement with them. The MP tried to check whether or not the work on Hydroelectric station has started. Dolunc answered that the answer to this question is out of his credentials but expressed readiness to report about it in written form.
